Application for Admin Status.

To add links to the database, you need to be logged in as a registered, approved user.
To become a MOOF Universe user all you have to do is submit an online application.
Our panel of experts will decide if you can be trusted with the keys to the site, and which keys you will get.

There are three levels of user, Super, Regular and Kid.
Please apply for the appropriate level for your use of the site.
Either way, our panel of experts will know, so do not try to falsely punch above your weight.

Super level is suited to those who are both over 18years old and "net savvy".
To perform tasks of a Super user you need to know what you are doing with copy/pasting, online forms, URLS etc.
A Super user can see ALL the links in the database.
Apply for a Super user status if you are a long time, confident net user.

Regular level is suited to ADULT net users who are not yet ready for some of the trickier functions of URL linking etc.
Apply for a Regular user level account if you just want to surf the web, but don't want to get involved with administration of the database
A Regular user can see ALL the links in the database.

Kid level is suited to anyone under 18 years of age.
Kid users can add new links but cannot delete or otherwise administer the database or program settings.
A Kid user can only see UNRESTRICTED links.
Apply for a Kid level user account if you are under 18 years of age.

You will need a valid email address to apply for ANY level of user, as this address will be used for the infrequent, but vital communications you may receive from the panel of experts.
